Thank you for supporting the Stathern Festival 10k road race for 2008!

The 2008 event was a great success and we thank all of you for entering and supporting the worthy causes.

This years race was raising funds for Belvoir First Aid . The race numbers were down on last year but the atmosphere and support was fantastic! Many thanks! Althought windy, the day was very sunny and several of us got sunburnt.

We had 157 registered this year and 137 finishers. I am told the wind was like running up hill for part of the course but like flying the rest. I guess this was why the times this year were quite fast! I hope you all enjoyed the day.
